Our state-of-the-art lab offers nondestructive testing services for all equipment and components. Forensic investigation using NDT analyzes material for characteristics, defects, and discontinuities without interfering with sample components. Available NDT lab services are listed below.

NDT Testing Lab services include:

Magnetic particle Testing
- Transmitting magnetic current through a material to detect surface and shallow subsurface flaws. Does not require surface preparation and is a fast and effective NDT

Radiography
- X-ray technique creates static images of internal structure of inaccessible components

CT Scanning
- Technique which captures and compiles a series of x-rays to create a comprehensive 3-dimensional model with geometric relations to examine subsurface structures from any viewpoints
Electron microscopy
- Records high-resolution images by transmitting electrons through a medium and detecting resultant signal which corresponds to sample structure
Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy
- Sample is excited by an energy source to create a chemical characterization and compile compositional information
Chemical Analysis
- Examines the composition of samples using XRF
