pedestrian accident reconstruction
Pedestrian accident reconstruction can be a more difficult accident to reconstruct because no case is the same. A lot of the reconstruction takes roadway engineering into account to find if that is the reason for the accident. Our experts have a background in roadway and vehicle engineering. Our 3D scanning equipment is able to look at the scene and help us determine the amount of time that the driver had to react along with how quickly they did react. Along with our understanding of mechanical engineering with technology, we will be able to determine if there were any outside factors that delayed the reaction time of the driver or pedestrian.
Along with the use of FARO scanning, we investigate each incident using digital evidence that is available to us as well such as dash cameras, security cameras, and mobile devices. In addition to examining the driver and pedestrian actions, we also look at issues such as the roadway and parking lot conditions, the performance of lighting systems, and vehicle systems capabilities.
